1. Support the marketing manager to develop and implement brand marketing plans with cross-functional teams and lead innovation projects under the supervision by your line manager; assist in the development of key objectives and strategies for the product category and achieve the goals set by the company; provide in-depth analysis and set financial goals for the category/product, adjust the annual release schedule and pre-production, budget, region and team; cooperate with the sales team to carry out marketing activities in channels.
2. Cooperate with the marketing manager to make marketing plans, formulate product promotion strategies through different channels and implement them; profit and loss analysis for projects and business; consumer communication and promotional activities; external communication of publicity strategies; communication of project details.
3. Provide support and finish project launching on time, timely discover problems in the project and actively push to solve them; propose appropriate innovative ways to promote the development direction in the Chinese market; independently complete the development and implementation of marketing activities for the product line throughout the year according to market demand.
4.Establish good communication and cooperation with all departments; push and ensure the progress at each time node; manage third-party suppliers effectively; have interdepartmental communication with the management, sales, operations, finance and other departments.
5. Sales and marketing management; maintain a close and effective relationship with the sales team; timely communicate and coordinate sales for monthly category marketing plans; establish good relationships with major customers; analyze and summarize business status for partners.
6.Have the expertise to analyze and develop market dynamics for specified product categories; collect market information (research companies, internal database, Internet and personal network) inside and outside the industry; be familiar with internal and external data management software applications; develop accurate statistics of monthly market feedback data of each category; give feedback to the management and internal departments; provide market analysis reports to key customers; have the ability to participate in and propose the strategic/tactical decision-making process for each category
